2. General Admission & Use

• All guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Arcadia reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
• Entry may be subject to age restrictions depending on the activity.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Certain premium experiences and add-ons are not included in standard pricing due to higher commercial licensing costs and will be charged separately.
• All purchases are non-transferable unless authorised by management.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings may require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of payment.
• Arcadia reserves the right to reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances.

5. Health & Safety

• All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
• Guests must ensure they are physically fit to participate in activities such as racing simulators, VR, or other experiences.
• Any medical conditions (including epilepsy, heart conditions, or motion sickness) should be disclosed to staff before participation.
• Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times.

6. Equipment Use & Responsibility

• All equipment must be used as instructed.
• Any deliberate misuse, negligence, or damage may result in charges for repair or replacement.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow instructions.

7. Alcohol & Behaviour Policy

• Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas.
• No individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be permitted to participate in activities.
• Arcadia operates a strict safety-first policy and reserves the right to refuse access to activities if a guest appears impaired.

8. Age Restrictions

• Certain areas or experiences may have minimum age requirements.
• Children must be supervised where required.
• After designated evening hours, the venue may operate age-restricted (adults-only) sessions in accordance with licensing laws.

9. Personal Belongings

• Arcadia accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure.

10. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcadia shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during use of the facilities, except where caused by proven negligence.

11. Photography & Media

• Photography and video recording may take place on the premises for promotional purposes.
• By entering Arcadia, you consent to being included in such media unless you notify a member of staff.

12. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during bookings or use of services will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
• Details will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

• Arcadia reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the venue constitutes acceptance of any changes.
